For cancellation, no penalty till 6 hour before departure, 30% up to Rs 500 within 3 hour of departure & 100% penalty within 1 hour of departure time.
Driver details will be shared up to 3Hrs prior to departure.
Driver would wait maximum 45 minutes from your scheduled pickup time at your pickup location. Post this, your trip may get cancelled without any refund. If there is a mutual agreement between customer and driver, waiting charges would be Rs 100/30min.
This is a point to point booking and only one stop for meals is included.
Due to traffic or any other unavoidable reason, pickup may be delayed by 30 mins.
AC will be switched off in hilly areas

The booking will be for cab type Mini/Sedan/MUV/SUV and we do not commit on providing the preferred cab model (i10, Swift, Etios, Amaze, Xylo, Ertiga, Innova, Marazoo or similar)

There are no restrictions on alcohol consumption.
